DEXassist Solution 60-day Trial Terms & Conditions
DEXIS is excited to provide a promotional 60-day free trial of DEXassist Solution with the purchase of new DEXIS sensors. Built into DEXIS software, the DEXassist solution provides assisted intelligence with a single click. This new solution enables users to identify up to six dental findings on 2D X-ray images. The DEXassist solution integrates AI features from DTX Studioâ„¢ Clinic into DEXIS 10 Imaging Suite Software.
To access the free trial, customers must own DEXIS Imaging Suite software and complete enrollment in a DEXassist Solution subscription plan. DEXIS Imaging Suite v10.4 or above is required to run DEXassist Solution; customers with previous versions of DEXIS Imaging Suite will be upgraded free of charge at the time of DEXassist Solution installation.Â
The trial period will begin upon completion of DEXassist Solution subscription plan enrollment. Remote installation and asynchronous online training will be provided free of charge after completion of enrollment. A DEXIS representative will contact the customer to schedule installation. The DEXassist Solution subscription may be cancelled at any time during the trial period. At the end of the trial period, the customer will automatically be billed for the selected subscription plan using the payment information provided during enrollment.Â
All DEXassist Solution subscriptions will have a Term of twelve (12) months beginning at the time of first payment. Contracts will be automatically renewed at the end of each Term unless timely cancellation notice is provided. To cancel a subscription, written notice must be sent to shop@dexis.com and must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current Term. The subscription will be discontinued upon the end of the then-current Term. No refund or credit will be provided for payments processed before the time of cancellation notice.Â
Note that you may have an obligation under federal, state or local law to reflect discounts on product given pursuant to this promotion or any cost report forms submitted to federal or state government or private payer who provides reimbursement for that product.

DTX Studioâ„¢ Clinic v3.2 or above is required to run DTXassist; customers with previous versions of DTX Studio Clinic will be upgraded free of charge at the time of DTXassist Solution installation.Â

Technical Support Troubleshooting Terms & Conditions
DEXIS requires a fee for remote technical support troubleshooting for the following pieces of imaging equipment that are no longer actively sold: OP200, OC200, OP30, Cranex D, Cranex Novus, Cranex Novus E and GXDP-300. This applies to all of the above listed products that are not currently on a extended warranty or service level agreement from DEXIS. This fee covers troubleshooting via phone or chat for the currently reported issue. The fee will also cover any additional support of the same issue for up to 10 days after case closure as needed. This fee does not cover any parts that may be required to repair the reported issue or any software upgrades that would require a purchase.
