Getting Started

What happened to the old shop.DEXIS.com site?

We've successfully migrated to a new, improved store platform! Our old store is no longer in use. All customer traffic is now directed to our official store at store.DEXIS.com.

What's the new store URL?

Our new store is located at store.DEXIS.com. Please bookmark this address so you can easily find us in the future.

When did the migration happen?

The migration is now live. You can start shopping at store.DEXIS.com immediately.

Account Setup

Do I need to create a new account?

Yes. Due to the platform change, all customers need to create a new account on store.DEXIS.com. This is a one-time process that only takes a few minutes.

How do I create an account on the new store?

  1. Visit store.DEXIS.com
  2. Click "Create Account" in the top navigation
  3. If you know your DEXIS customer number, select “Yes. I have a customer number” to expedite your registration
  4. Fill in the requested account information (name, phone number, etc.)
  5. Enter your email address and create a password
  6. Agree to the store Terms and Conditions
  7. Click "Register" to complete the setup

Your account is now ready to use!

Can I use the same email address from my old account?

Yes, absolutely! If you had an account on the old site, you can use the same email address to create your new account on store.DEXIS.com.

Is my password the same as before?

No. Since this is a completely new platform, you'll need to create a new password for your store.DEXIS.com account. Make sure to choose a strong password for security.

Placing Orders

Can I check my previous order history?

Order history from the old shop.DEXIS.com is no longer available in the new system. If you need information about a previous order, please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to help you locate those details.

Why can't I see my saved payment methods?

Payment information is not transferred between systems for security reasons. You'll need to enter your payment details when placing your first order on the new store.

Do my old saved addresses transfer over?

No, addresses and other saved information do not automatically transfer. You can quickly add your address information when you place your first order, or add it to your account profile ahead of time by logging in and visiting your account settings.

Products & Inventory

Are all the products from the old store available on the new store?

All service products have been migrated to the new store and additional products have been added. For customers interested in DEXassist, our AI Diagnostics module, please visit www.DEXIS.com/ai-diagnostics to learn more.

Why can't I find a specific product?

If you're having trouble locating a product, try using the search function or browse our categories. If you still can't find what you're looking for, please contact customer service and we'll help you locate it.

Shipping & Payments

Are shipping rates the same on the new store?

Shipping rates, policies, and options remain the same. You'll see current shipping information during checkout on store.DEXIS.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, AMEX, and MasterCard credit cards on the new store. If you have questions about specific payment methods, please reach out to customer service.

How do I track my order?

After placing an order on store.DEXIS.com, you'll receive an order confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account and view your order status in the "My Orders" section.

Technical Help

The new store isn't loading for me. What should I do?

Why can’t I see pricing or add products to cart?

Customers must be logged in to access pricing or purchase products in store.DEXIS.com.

I'm having trouble creating an account. What should I do?

Make sure you're using a valid email address and a strong password (at least 8 characters). Check that you've filled in all required fields. If you continue to have issues, please contact customer service and we'll help you get set up.

Is the new store secure?
