DEXIS Field Service Technical Troubleshooting ½ Day $895

One instance of onsite technical troubleshooting by a trained DEXIS manufacturer technician. This troubleshooting is limited in scope to a maximum of 4 hours including travel.

Currently supported DEXIS products that are not under a manufacturer’s warranty or extended warranty (SLA) require payment for onsite DEXIS troubleshooting. Any products that are confirmed to have a manufacturer’s warranty or an extended labor warranty (SLA) do not require payment.

This purchase may not include software updates or labor needed to resolve the reported issue outside of a single office visit. All parts, additional labor and software upgrades may require purchase through an authorized DEXIS distributor.

Not available in Alaska or Hawaii.

DEXIS Device Field Calibration/Yearly Maintenance $795

One instance of onsite calibration assistance from a trained DEXIS manufacturer technician.

Currently supported DEXIS Extraoral products requiring annual or semi-annual calibration that is not covered by current product warranty status or a Premiere SLA agreement. Verify if current warranty or SLA status entitles you to calibration at no charge before purchasing.

This purchase includes updating Firmware and Drivers as needed along with all yearly calibrations and inspection of equipment to ensure good working order.

This purchase does not include software updates or labor needed to resolve additional issues that may arise or be found during inspection. This purchase does not include any parts or software upgrades. All parts, additional labor and software upgrades may require purchase through an authorized DEXIS distributor.
