How It Works:

1. Purchase the Repair or Calibration Service: A DEXIS representative will open a repair case with you.
2. Receive Instructions and Return Label: We’ll provide detailed instructions and a pre-paid return label for sending in your NOMAD device.
3. Expert Repair and Calibration: Our certified technicians will repair and calibrate your device at our DEXIS repair center.
4. Notification and Return Shipment: We’ll notify you once the repair or calibration is complete and provide tracking information for the return shipment.
