The following products that require payment for remote troubleshooting include: OP200, OC200, OP30, Cranex D, Cranex Novus, Cranex Novus E, GXDP-300. If these products are covered by an extended warranty from DEXIS, payment is not required. 

This purchase does not include software upgrades or any parts and labor needed to resolve the reported issue. All parts, labor and software upgrades require purchase through an authorized DEXIS distributor.
